InstallationInstallation is the final step in the process and here at Suncraft Drapery we understand that it is just as important as every other step in your project. Our attention to quality and detail does not stay in the workroom, but is a crucial aspect of every install as well.
We provide a measuring service that assures our customers that accurate measurements are obtained. During the measure, our experienced installers will identify potential problems, mounting issues, conflicts, etc. and feed that information back to our design consultants to factor into the final product specifications to ensure a successful install for our customers and for the homeowners.
Suncraft Drapery has many years of experience installing draperies, decorative hardware, blinds, shades, valances, motorization, and other window treatments. Many of our installations are in standard rooms with 8’, 10’ and 12’ ceilings. We are equipped to handle tricky installations in bathrooms, on staircase landings, etc. We have our own scaffolding and ladders that go up 25 to 30 feet for some of the tall living rooms in many homes or in commercial settings.
We use both direct employees and qualified subcontractors to ensure our installations are performed professionally and in a timely manner. All installers are trained / screened to ensure they have knowledge, skills and experience to achieve a successful install. They are also selected and trained in their customer service skills as that is an important part of the whole installation experience for the homeowner.
On difficult or tricky installs Mark, the president of Suncraft, may even assist at the install to ensure everything turns out perfect.
